Bachata Immersion – Medellín is a 1–4 week dance and cultural programme run by Somoloco in Medellín, Colombia. It caters to dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced, and welcomes participants from around the world. Each week includes 15 hours of private bachata classes (in sensual, Dominican, or modern/fusion styles), 3 hours of group classes, and 2 nights of social dancing with instructors. Cultural activities feature a musicality class with live percussion and bachata history, a welcome dinner, lunches with teachers, visits to local venues, and a trip to a teacher's country home. Optional add-ons are also available. Accommodation is a fully furnished studio apartment in Poblado for the duration of the stay, with high-speed WiFi, kitchenette, gym, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security.
