- How do I run the door?
Open the event's guest list on your phone. You'll see how many to expect and everyone who's booked or reserved.
- How do I check people in?
Tap their name, or scan their ticket / pass QR with your camera. Made a mistake? Undo is one tap.
- Can I still use a paper list?
Yes — print the guest list and tick names off the old-fashioned way. The digital and paper lists show the same people.
- Who's allowed to check dancers in?
Only you — an approved owner of the event. Holding a ticket or pass QR is never enough on its own, so nobody can check people in but you and your team.
- Does checking someone in spend a pass class?
Yes — when you check in a pass-holder, one class comes off their pass automatically, and their balance updates straight away. Undo puts it back.
