Passes & class packs — the digital stamp card

Sell a bundle of classes; the dancer keeps it in their pocket and spends one at a time. No cards to carry, stamp or lose.

What is a class pass?

A bundle of classes a dancer buys up front — say six — and spends one at a time. It's the punch-card, made digital.

Why is it better than a paper stamp card?

Nothing to carry, stamp or lose. The dancer holds the pass in their pocket; you tap or scan at the door and the class comes off automatically. No more shoebox of half-punched cards.

How does a dancer use a pass?

Two ways, both fine: they can reserve a specific date in advance (so you can see they're coming and plan the room), or simply turn up and be checked in on the spot. Either way, checking in spends one class.

What if they reserve but don't come?

A no-show never costs a class — just like a stamp card, the class is only spent when they actually walk in.

When does a pass expire?

Three months from purchase — a consistent, fair window across every organiser, so dancers always know where they stand.

Can a dancer buy a pass for a friend or partner?

Yes — they buy several and gift each with a claim link. The friend taps the link, signs in, and the pass lands in their own wallet.
