Your live schedule, on your own website
Manage your classes, socials and festivals once on Active Scene — and your schedule appears on your own site, always up to date. One line of code. No monthly fee.
- Free to list, free to embed — the flat 2% only applies if you sell tickets online.
- Works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and the rest.
- Not one for code? Our team can set it up for you.
Add your dance timetable to your site in three steps
If you can paste a line of code, you can do this. It takes about a minute.
- 1
Manage your classes and events here
Weekly classes with recurrence, one-off workshops, socials and festivals — all in your organiser portal. This is the one place you keep up to date.
- 2
Copy your snippet
It's waiting in your share kit, already set to your brand. Pick light or dark, set your accent colour, show or hide your logo.
- 3
Paste it on your site — done
Drop it into a code block on your schedule page. From then on it looks after itself: change an event here and your site updates too.

Manage once, show everywhere
One place to update. Everywhere else keeps up.
Cancel a class at 4pm and it's gone from your website, your link-in-bio and the directory by 4:01 — without you touching four different things.
You edit here, once
Your Active Scene portal
Rumba Room London
- Bachata Sensual · Beginners

- Salsa Foundations · 6 weeks

…and it shows up everywhere it counts:
Your own website
The embed on your schedule page — your colours, your logo, live.
Your Linktree & IG bio
One link to your full schedule, so your bio never goes stale.
Structured event data, so your classes show up in search results.
AI assistants
When a dancer asks what's on tonight, your events are what they read.
A calendar plugin puts your dates on your page and stops there. Because your events live on Active Scene, they're also out there being found by dancers who've never heard of you.
Make it look like your site, not ours
The same schedule widget, four ways. Set your accent colour, pick light, dark or transparent, and show your logo or leave it off.
Light · brand pink
The default. Sits happily on a white page.
Dark · canary accent
For dark sites. Ink and lines flip with it.
Transparent · your colour
Your own page colour shows straight through.
No logo · near-black
Quiet and typographic, if your header already brands the page.
It works on the website you already have
It's a standard embed, so it works anywhere you can paste a line of code — which is every builder worth using. No plugin to install, nothing to keep updated.

Any site that takes HTML
Free, and we'll say exactly when it isn't
No monthly fee, no card needed to start, no trial that quietly ends. List free and keep your own booking system — using our booking is optional.
Free
Listing and the embed
Your page, your whole schedule, the snippet on your website, your QR code and share kit. All of it, always, at no cost.
2%
Only if you sell online
Choose to sell tickets or passes through us and we take a flat 2% out of your payout. Dancers pay exactly your price — no booking fee added at checkout.
£0
On the door, always
Anything you take in person — cash, card reader, your own system — is nothing to do with us and costs you nothing.
Money goes straight to your own Stripe account; we never hold it. Stripe's usual card fee applies on top and goes to Stripe, not us. Payments & fees →
Questions organisers ask
Will it slow my site down?
No. It loads lazily in its own frame after your page has finished rendering, so your own content is never held up. There's no plugin to install, no extra stylesheet, and nothing added to your page weight.
How the embed works →Can I make it match my brand?
Yes — set any accent colour, choose light, dark or transparent, and show or hide your logo. Transparent lets your own page background show straight through, which is usually the most seamless option.
Branding your embed →Which website builders work?
All the common ones: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Weebly, Shopify, Ghost, plain HTML. If your site lets you paste a line of code into a page, it works.
Builder-by-builder guide →Can dancers book straight from it?
They can. Tap an event and they land on its Active Scene page, where they can book if you've switched selling on. If you'd rather keep your own booking system, the embed simply links through to the details.
Selling tickets & passes →Is it really free?
Yes. Listing, your page and the embed are free, with no monthly fee. The only charge is a flat 2% out of your payout if you choose to sell tickets or passes online — and anything you take in person is free.
Payments & fees →Can you set it up for me?
Happily. Email support@activescene.org and our team will add it to your site for a small fee. You don't have to go near the code — and the embed itself stays free either way.
Get in touch →Claim your page and get your snippet
It's free, it takes a few minutes, and your schedule stops being something you have to remember to update in three places.
Rather not touch the code? Ask us to set it up for you — small fee, no fuss.
